Once you’ve given us the green light on our proposal, we’ll provide you with our service level agreement (SLA) for your consideration. The SLA is essentially an ethical agreement designed to protect both parties involved.

Once you’ve reviewed, approved, signed, and returned the SLA, we’ll request the payment for the first month’s balance. This payment serves to secure our staff and kickstart the training and setup processes.

Moving forward, our payment terms are simple and straightforward. You’ll be billed on a monthly basis in advance. Any funds that go unused in a given month will be credited to the following period’s invoice, ensuring your resources are maximised.
